Remove someone

DELETE/v1/members/{member}Team

Takes a member out of the account, or withdraws an open invite. What they made stays in the account.

Field	Type	Description
`removed`	true

Status	Meaning
401	The API key is missing, malformed or revoked.
403	The plan does not include this. `details.upgrade` names the plan that does.
404	No one by that id in this account.
429	Either the key exceeded its requests-per-second limit (honor Retry-After), or a daily or plan quota is used up (`details.reason`).
