Questions

About plans and billing.

Do my links stop working if I cancel?

No. We do not delete links when you change plans. Existing links, previous endings and printed QR codes keep working, including links on your own domains. If you are over the Free allowance, you can still edit your links; you need room in the allowance or an upgrade to create more. Analytics access follows your new plan.

What counts toward the link limit?

Every link in your account, including disabled ones. Previous endings of a renamed link do not count as extra links. Delete links you no longer need to make room.

Is there a free trial of Pro?

Yes, once per account. Cancel before it ends and nothing is charged.

Can I pay yearly?

Yes. Pro is $36 a year instead of $48 paid monthly: $3 a month, 3 months free.

What happens if I change plans mid-month?

The charge is prorated, and the new limits apply at once.

Is the API free?

Yes. Every account gets API keys and the MCP server, the free plan included, and the link and analytics routes never cost credits. Pro raises the limits (more keys, more requests a second, more links) and adds time-of-day breakdowns and exports. Credits only pay for QR codes of content that is not a link, from the API.

What does Pro add to analytics?

A year of history instead of 30 days, clicks by hour of the day so you can see when a code gets scanned, and CSV exports of every click (per link or across the account) for your own reports.

Is there a plan for larger teams?

Yes. If you need more links, domains, people or API requests than Pro allows, we set up a custom plan with the limits you need, at a price agreed with you and billed by invoice. Ask on the custom plans page.

How do I cancel?

Open billing from your dashboard and cancel there. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then the account moves to Free.
